How many of you knew that Facebook owns Intagram and WhatsUp? The company today announced an all new branding to try to separate the company from the social network with the same name. In the very immediate future customers will start seeing "from FACEBOOK" slug in the about section of Intagram and WhatsUp.
"The new branding was designed for clarity, and uses custom typography and capitalisation to create visual distinction between the company and app," Facebook said.
"The brand system was born out of a commitment to be clear, empathetic and create space for people's stories to shine through."
